The Core Muscles

Core strength training emphasizes strengthening the muscles in the trunk area between your shoulders and knees. The core is where your body's center of gravity is located and is also where movement starts. Core muscles are responsible for maintaining the stability of your spine and pelvis and also transfer energy to the other body parts during many activities. When your core muscles are in shape, you have more energy, flexibility and a lower risk of injury during activity. Many people find it helps control or eliminate chronic lower back pain caused by a sedentary lifestyle.

Circuit Training

A core circuit workout is a series of strength exercises completed one after the other at prescribed weight machine locations called “stations”. For each exercise, a specified number of repetitions are performed within a specified time before moving to the next station. Exercises at each station are separated by short, timed rest periods. Longer rest periods separate the time between circuits

The total number of stations used for a training session makes up the “circuit”. The number may vary depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and fitness goal.

The Fastest, Most Effective Way to Lose Fat and Inches

Core circuit training is one of the most effective ways for men to lose excess body fat and inches from their waistline. A well-designed 30-minute training program means you can exercise without giving up your other activities.

What is Circuit Training?

Circuit training is different from other programs you may have followed.  It’s designed to provide a happy medium between strength and aerobic training, or in other words, it’s a cardiovascular workout using weights. You get the Calorie and Fat burn of cardio, along with the strength gain and muscle tone of resistance training.

The Nitro circuit workout is designed to keep you moving. This will keep your heart rate up, therefore reaping the same benefits as the guy who mindlessly logs all those miles on the treadmill. You, however, will be toning your muscles and strengthening your core.

And since you will move through this workout in thirty minutes, you won't have to spend long hours in the gym. This means you will be able to spend your time doing the things that you never seemed to have time to do when you were making the gym your second home.

Who benefits from circuit training?

I’ve seen everyone from couch potatoes who are just getting back into Fitness, to Endurance Athletes that want to add some variety to their training, have success with what we do here.  If your goal is to Bench Press 300 lbs. I can tell you that is not what we do here.
