The Nitro Fitness mission is to provide a clean, comfortable evironment that caters to folks of all ages who have little time to exercise. Some find the atmosphere and programs of traditional "big box gyms" impersonal, intimidating, and inneffective for meeting their exercise needs. Our goal is to help you achieve or regain your fitness with a facility that offers a program comprised of circuit training, functional training, and nutritional guidance.
Traditional clubs typically emphasize "slow boring cardio" and bodybuilding, which has lost it's appeal to many over the age of 30 years old. Most of us want to look and feel our best, but have no desire (or time) to spend hours working out while trying to lift the heaviest weights possible.
Ask yourself this, is it the Gym you belong to that gets you in shape? Or the workout you do while at the Gym? Nitro Fitness isn't the biggest Gym in town, but does provide all the tools needed for a great workout. Thirty minutes, three to four times per week, is what it takes to see results.
