The Nitro Fitness mission is to provide a clean, comfortable evironment that offers a more personal experience than the 2,000 member Health Clubs. Nitro Fitness is for people that want to maximize their results in the shortest amount of time. Our goal is to help you achieve or regain your fitness with a facility that offers a program comprised of various types of circuit training, HIIT training, and nutritional guidance.

Traditional clubs typically emphasize "slow boring cardio" and bodybuilding, which has lost it's appeal to many over the age of 30 years old. Most of us want to look and feel our best, but have no desire (or time) to spend hours working out while trying to lift the heaviest weights possible.
